با افزایش تقاضا برای استفاده از یک روش پایدار در پروژه های بازسازی بزرگراه ها ،این تحقیق به تاثیرات کاربرد سه گزینه مهم در سنگفرش مقاوم می پردازد که عبارتند از JRCP,JPCP,CRCP. در هر کدام از این روش ها ،یک طراحی برای سنگفرش مطرح شده است تا نیازهای عملکردی و اجرایی را بر اساس معادله تجربی AASHTO و تامین کنند.ارزیابی کمی هزینه ساخت برای هر کدام از گزینه ها بر اساس قیمت دلار در سال 2002 انجام می شود تا از پراکندگی ها در مدل EIO-LCA 2002 جلوگیری شود. این تحقیق بازه عمر 50 سال را به عنوان مرز تحقیق در نظر می گیرد و مقادیر مختلف برای هر گزینه نیز متعاقبا برا.رد می شوند. سه مدل EIO-LCA بر اساس مدل قیمت سال 2002 مطرح می شود و مقادیر کمی در هر مدل برای بازه عمر 50 سال به عنوان داده وارد می شوند.در نهایت ، خروجی های این مدل برای ارائه پیشنهاد تفسیر می شوند.

Conclusions and Future Research

With the increased demand for a sustainable pavement method in highway rehabilitation projects, this study proposed the application of EIO-LCA to investigate the environmental, economic, and social impacts of three major rigid pavement alternatives, namely JRCP, JPCP, and CRCP. For each alternative, a pavement design was developed to meet the same level of performance and functions, based on AASHTO’s empirical equation and design guidelines. Quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimation of each alternative were then performed based on 2002 dollars to prevent the year discrepancy with the selected 2002 EIO-LCA model. The study assumed a life cycle of 50 years as the analysis boundary, and the different numbers of rehabilitation requirements for each alternative were estimated accordingly. Three custom-built EIO-LCA models were developed based on the 2002 U.S. national purchaser price model, and the quantified present values of each alternative for a life span of 50 years were entered as inputs. Finally, the outputs of the models were interpreted for recommendations.

در این مطالعه، تغییر کاربری اراضی (جنگل زدایی) در شمال ایران با استفاده از ترکیبی از داده های دیجیتال و ماهواره ای تشخیص داده شد. مزایای استفاده از زمین بیش از حد باعث تخریب جدی زیست محیطی می شود. این مساله از مشاهدات زمینی آشکار بوده و تمرکز مباحث گروهی با مردم محلی این است که به علت جنگل زدایی برنامه ریزی نشده، گسترش مزارع و مجموعه ای از چوب آتش مناطق جنگلی روز به روز در حال کاهش است. اثرات زیست محیطی ازتلفات بالای جنگل همان فرسایش خاک، تخریب و تغییر خواص فیزیکی، تغییر آب و هوا، تنوع زیستی، اثر بر چرخه آب، و کاهش زیبایی های طبیعی است.
این مطالعه می تواند اهمیت یکپارچه سازی سنجش از راه دور و GIS را در مطالعه تشخیص تغییر پوشش زمین نشان دهد. این مطالعه اطلاعات مهمی در مورد مکان و زمان کاربری زمین و تغییرات پوشش فراهم می کند. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می دهد که قدرت تفکیک مکانی تصاویر لندست هنوز هم در مقایسه با سایر مجموعه داده ها بزرگ است، اما قدرت تفکیک طیفی بالای آن است که بازتاب کننده طیفی از تمام انواع پوشش زمین می باشد. همچنین، این ماهواره دارای یک باند پانکروماتیک (وضوح15 متر) است که از قدرت تفکیک مکانی بالا با توجه به ایجاد روش ترکیب داده ها پشتیبانی می کند. پیشنهاد می شود که اگر از داده های ماهواره ای با قدرت تفکیک مکانی و طیفی بالا و روش های پردازش بهبود یافته مورد استفاده قرار گیرد امکان نقشه برداری دقیق تری وجود دارد (کارلسون و سانچز-آزوفیفا 1999؛ گیری و همکاران 2005؛. رگر و همکاران 2007؛ ریچاردز و زیپینگ 1999) .

Discussion and conclusion

In this study, land use changes (deforestation) in the north of Iran were detected using a combination of digital and satellite data. Excessively pursuing higher land use benefits likely results in serious environmental degradation. It is clear from field visits and focus group discussions with local people that the forest is decreasing day by day due to unplanned deforestation, cropland expansion, and collection of fire wood. The environmental impact of the high loss of forest are soil erosion, degradation and physicochemical properties change, climate change, biodiversity, effect on hydrologic cycle, and decrease of natural beauty. This study could reveal the importance of integrating remote sensing and GIS in the study of land cover change detection. It provides most important information about spatiotemporal land use and cover changes. The results of this research have shown that the spatial resolution of Landsat images is still large compared with other data sets, but there is high spectral resolution that presented a spectral reflection of all types of land cover. Also, it has a panchromatic band (15-m resolution) supporting the high spatial resolution due to the possible creation of a data fusion technique. It is suggested that more accurate mapping will be possible if satellite data with high spatial and spectral resolution and improved processing methods are used (Carlson and SanchezAzofeifa 1999; Giri et al. 2005; Reger et al. 2007; Richards and Xiuping 1999).

این مطالعه به توصیف دینامیک تغییر LULC  در منطقه نادیا طی دوره 1972-2006 با کمک سنجش از دور ماهواره ای و فناوری GIS همراه با  واقعیات زمینی می پردازد. نتایج نشان می دهند که چگونه  ماهیت LULC به تدریج در کل منطقه  طی این دوره زمانی تغییر پیدا می کند. این مطالعه  شکل مناسبی از LULC و تغییرات ان در منطقه نادیا در اختیار می گذارد  که قبلا به هیچ وجه مشاهده نشده است.  همانطور که انتظار می رفت، این مقاله به عنوان مدلی برای انالیز های LULC از مناطق دیگر هند و نیز اتخاذ تصمیمات اینده در مورد ابعاد مختلف نظیر توسعه پایدار، توسعه شهری،حمل و نقل،بازاریابی،زراعت در منطقه نادیا عمل می کند.

Land is one of the most important natural resources for all flora and fauna. Agriculture to habitations, mineral resources to forests depend on land and its behaviour. Land use/ land cover (LULC) change is a dynamic process controlled by several natural phenomena like rainfall, flood, drought and anthropogenic activities like population density, agriculture, settlement. With the rapid increase of human population over last few centuries, the utilization of land changed in several ways. Transformation of natural vegetation area to agricultural lands for more food supply and then urbanization and industrialization in agricultural lands changed the total dynamics of LULC. Most of these LULC changes have a longterm negative effect on environment as well as on other natural resources as they happened and still happening without any proper planning. An optimum knowledge about LULC information is essential for proper management, planning and monitoring of natural resources as well as to develop a sustainable land use plan, which could play an important role for the well being of the global environment4 . Soil Science 272 Ahmed and Deb Satellite remote sensing is an important tool to measure the changes of LULC for large coverage area over a time period and also justifies the accuracy of estimated LULC. On the other hand, GIS is an important technology used to provide spatial data integration and tool for urban planning and natural resource management 5 . The combining geospatial technology of remote sensing and GIS holds the potential for timely and cost-effective assessment of LULC and their change pattern. Detection of LULC change using digital image processing technique with multitemporal satellite data has been one of the first and most critical applications of remote sensing. There are two change detection technique categories, viz. ‘from to’ change (image classification) and binary change and non change information (image differencing, image rationing, vegetation index differencing, fractals etc.). India is the country with world’s seventh largest land holding and second highest human population. Population density of this country is 382 per sq. km . West Bengal is a state of India situated in eastern part. Due to highly fertile soil of Ganges, Hoogly and other river plains and several other reasons, population density of West Bengal is much more i.e. 1029 per sq. km. Nadia is a district of West Bengal, situated approximately between 22°52’253 to 24°06’033 North latitude and 88°08’113 to 88°48’083 East longitude. The Tropic of Cancer divides the district in two parts. It is situated at the fertile plains of Hoogly river and approximately 14 m above mean sea level. The LULC change dynamics of Nadia district is a matter of prime concern due to steep increase in population in last few decades. Total area under Nadia district is about 3927 sq. km and population density is 1316 per sq. km , which is even higher than average of the state. There is an increase of 12.24 % in the population in 2011 compared to population as per 2001. However, in comparison to the earlier decennial population growth of Nadia viz. 19.54 % and 29.95 % in 1991- 2001 and 1981-1991 times span, respectively, the decrease in growth rate is distinct. Nadia has Bangladesh at its east and surrounded by other districts of West Bengal on other sides. Figure 1 shows the exact location of study district. Beside fertile soil, one more important determining factor for gradual inflation in population is the high number of illegal immigrants from Bangladesh since 1947 for better life and sometimes also for religious reason. After independence of Bangladesh in 1971 and thereafter incident like Zia-ur-Rahman’s coming to power in Bangladesh results increased influx of refugees (mainly Hindus) due to fear of communal violence in Bangladesh. As per record, during 1972-1993, a total number of approximate 4125576 people infiltrated in India from Bangladesh as illegal immigrants. Out of that a total 836524 overstayed (difference between immigrants and emigrants figure). Of them 538501 are Hindus (who were minority in Bangladesh).
