چکیده

آموزش حرفه ای پرستار، یک  جنبه بسیار مهم برای افزایش میزان اثربخشی آموزش مداوم پرستاری  و به دست آوردن واحد آموزش مداوم پرستاری برای تمدید مجوز است. اما شاخص‌ها و ابزار‌های اندازه‌گیری مشخصی برای شواهد راه حل موثر در تایلند وجود ندارد. از جمله اهداف این تحقیق این است که  با استفاده از دو رویکرد، شاخص‌ها و ابزاری را  برای ارزیابی پروژه آموزش پرستار حرفه‌ای، توسعه دهد . یکی از کاربرد‌های مدل کرک پاتریک بر روی آموزش‌ها و تحقیقات قبلی، متمرکز  شده است.  رویکرد ارزیابی مبتنی بر تئوری، بر اساس مرور کارهای پیشین  ساخته شده است.  مرحله اول مطالعه ، توسعه شاخص ها و ابزار بود. از طرف دیگر،  دومین مرحله ساخت ابزار‌هایی برای  ارزیابی اثربخشی پروژه آموزش بود. این تحقیق یک روش جامع  و سیستماتیک با بحث در مورد روش شناسی  مرتبط با توسعه  شاخص ها و ابزار ارزیابی کارآیی پروژه آموزش پرستار حرفه ای در کلیه مراحل ارزیابی ، اجرا و ارزیابی پیشنهاد می کند.

۱) مقدمه

در حوزه سلامت، در اجراي مؤثر و كارآمد فعاليت‌های آموزشی، پرستار آموزشی  وظيفه بسياری را بر عهده دارد (اتکین و همکاران ۲۰۱۴، کیا ۲۰۱۳، مک ۲۰۱۴، TNC ۲۰۱۵) و لازم است که پرستار حرفه‌ای در جهت ارتقا دانش، ‌همواره در حال آموزش باشد، همچنین توانایی حرفه‌ای و دانشگاهی  و واحد آموزش مدام پرستاری برای تمدید مجوز را دارا باشد (TNC، ۲۰۱۵). ارزيابی آموزش  از لحاظ تاريخی  به صورت عملگرا، با تاكيد بر توجيه مالی ، کیفیت و محتوای آموزش بوده است (دیویارانجانی و راجاسکار ۲۰۱۴، لی کلی و بلکمن ۲۰۱۲).  متاسفانه آموزش‌های ثانویه  نتوانسته‌اند موفقیت و اثربخشی به دست آورند.. بنابراین، این آموزش فایده ای ندارد و باید از آن برای ارزیابی آموزش‌ها به منظور کاهش هدررفتگی استفاده کرد. اهداف پژوهش نیاز دارد که شاخص‌ها و ابزاری را توسعه دهد که بتواند بر اساس آنها ارزیابی کند که آیا  می تواند برای ذینفعان بخاطر اثربخشی موفقیت آمیز اجرای این برنامه در آموزش خود مفید باشد یا نه.

۵) نتیجه‌گیری و پیشنهادات

نتایج پژوهش این اسا که  شاخص‌ها و ابزاری برای ارزیابی اثربخشی پروژه آموزش پرستار حرفه ای با استفاده از الگوی چهار سطح آموزش و روش ارزیابی تئوری مبتنی بر کرکپاتریک، توسعه داده شد. این تحقیق نشان داد که (۱) مداخله از نظرپروژه آموزش پرستار حرفه ای شامل فعالیت های آموزشی (2) تعیین کننده شامل واکنش ، یادگیری ، رفتار ، خودکارآمدی و حمایت از سازمان (3) خروجی‌ها  شامل نتایج. این مؤلفه‌های چارچوب مفهومی به عنوان شاخص موفقیت در طول ارزیابی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد و از 25 شاخص تشکیل شده است. پیشنهاد می‌شود که تحقیقات بعدی باید در ارزیابی اثربخشی پروژه آموزش پرستار حرفه ای در کلیه مراحل ارزیابی و اجرا متمرکز شود.

Abstract

Professional nurse training is very important aspect for enhancing the effectiveness of continuing nursing education and to accumulate continuing nursing education unit for the renew of license; however, there are no specific the indicators and the measure instruments for the effective solution evidence in Thailand. The purposes of this research sought to develop the indicators and instrument to evaluate the effectiveness of the professional nurse training project, by using two approaches. An application of Kirkpatrick’s model focused on training and previous researches. Theory-based evaluation approach was built from literature reviews. The first phase of the study was the developing of the indicators and instrument, on the other hand of the second phase was the building instrument to evaluation effectiveness of training project and testing. This research proposes a comprehensive and systematic approach with a discussion of methodology related to developing of the indicators and instrument to evaluate on the professional nurse training project effectiveness in all steps of assessment, implementation and evaluation.

1. Introduction

The training nurse assumes great responsibility in the effective and efficient implementation of the educational activities in health care (Atkins et al., 2014; Kaya Işik & Çalişkan, 2013; Mack, 2014; TNC, 2015) and professional nurse necessary to be on training for enhancement knowledge, professional or academic ability and accumulation continuing nursing education unit to renew license (TNC, 2015). Assessing training has historically been operationally oriented, emphasizing financial justification, content and quality of the training rather than the potential of improved project performance or organizational transformation (Divyaranjani & Rajasekar, 2014; Lee-Kelley, & Blackman, 2012). Unfortunately, post-training is not have tracked the success or effectiveness. Or even with the rate is usually assessed after training without monitoring behavior in workplace of trainees. Therefore, this training has not worth and it should be used to evaluate the training accordingly to reduce waste. Research aims needed to develop of the indicators and instrument to evaluate that it could be helpful and fruitful to stakeholders for their successful effectiveness of the implementation on their own training.

5. Conclusion and recommendations

Research results was the development of the indicators and instrument to evaluate the effectiveness of the professional nurse training project by application of Kirkpatrick’s four level model of training and theory-based evaluation approaches. Research found that (1) the intervention in terms of the professional nurse training project including educational activities (2) the determinant including reaction, learning, behavior, self-efficacy, and organization support (3) the outcomes including results. These components of the conceptual framework will be used as the indicators of success in term of the evaluation, and will consist of 25 indicators. The further research should be focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the professional nurse training project in all steps of assessment, implementation and evaluation.

چکیده

هدف این مقاله بررسی تکنیک دلفی در طراحی تحقیقات توسعه ی استاندارد های شایستگی ICT به صورت معتبر و قابل اطمینان برای معلم ها می باشد (تکنولوژی اطلاعات و ارتباطات). بیشتر سرمایه گذاری ها در این زمینه، بر روی سازمان دهی برنامه های تمرین ICT برای معلم های در حال خدمت متمرکز بوده اند اما فعالیت های تدریس و یادگیری در کلاس درسی با استفاده از ICT، هنوز نتوانسته اند به اهداف مورد نظر خودشان دست پیدا کنند. به علاوه، بررسی اطلاعات به دست آمده از معلم ها نشان می دهد که برنامه های تمرین ، برای تطبیق با نیاز شایستگی های ICT ، کافی نیستند. ازین رو، یک استاندارد شایستگی ICT ضروری می باشد و باید در زمان مناسب شکل بگیرد تا بتوان از آن به عنوان یک رهنمود برای سازمان دهی برنامه های تمرین ICT استفاده کرد. تکنیک دلفی یک روش تحقیقاتی مورد استفاده برای رسیدن به یک نظر جامع از متخصص ها با استفاده از یک سری پرسش نامه می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف به دست آوردن یک نظر جامع از طرف متخصص ها مرتبط با هر شایستگی مهم ICT که معلم های مدارس دوره ی دوم علوم و ریاضی باید در آن مهارت داشته باشند، انجام شده است و در نهایت ما توانستیم یک استاندارد شایستگی ICT برای معلم های علوم و ریاضی مالزی، ایجاد کنیم. استاندارد شایستگی ایجاد شده با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی، معتبر و قابل اعتماد می باشد.

13- جمع بندی

این مقاله یک روش تحقیقاتی از آماده سازی یک پیش نویس اولیه از استاندارد های شایستگی ICT برای معلم های علوم و ریاضی و توسعه ی روند تحقیقاتی دلفی را ارائه می کند. این تحقیق شامل گزاره های شایستگی مانند دسته بندی های اصلی، شاخص های شایستگی و آیتم هایی هستند که نشان دهنده ی مهارت ها و شایستگی های معلم ها می باشند. تحلیل اسناد، مصاحبه های اکتشافی، مرور بر مقالات و مطالعه های راهنما همگی به همین هدف انجام شده است. اصلاحات بر روی پیش نویس اولیه از گزاره های شایستگی نیز بر اساس مباحث گروهی انجام شده است. پیش نویس استاندارد های شایستگی ICT و آیتم های اندازه گیری نیز نهایی شده و اعتبار آن ها با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی بررسی شده است. سپس این داده ها چک می شوند تا ثبات پاسخ متخصص ها بین دور های مختلف بررسی شود. ابزار توسعه یافته با استفاده از یافته های تحقیقاتی تکنیک دلفی بررسی می شود و اعتبار آن ها بر اساس نظرات متخصص های علوم تکنولوژی آموزشی برای اعتبار محتویات و اعتبار ساختار، بررسی می شود. روند این تحقیق با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی کاملا دقیق می باشد و ازین رو محصولات تحقیقاتی ایجاد شده معتبر و قابل اعتماد می باشد. این مقاله یک بحث دقیق در رابطه با تمام ابعاد انتخاب گروه تخصص، توسعه ی پرسش نامه ی دلفی و تحلیل داده ها به منظور شناسایی انواع شایستگی های مهم ICT که معلم های مدرسه باید بر آن ها مسلط شوند را ارائه می کند. بعد از تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی، یک مجموعه از استاندارد های شایستگی ICT برای معلم ها همراه با یک لیست از معیار های ارزیابی شایستگی های ICT برای وزارت آموزش، سازمان دهنده های برنامه های آموزشی ICT و معلم های علوم و ریاضی ، ارائه می شود.

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to discuss the application of the Delphi technique in the research design of developing a valid and reliable ICT (Information & Communication Technology) competency standard for teachers. Much investment has been placed on organizing ICT training programmes for in-service teachers but the effects of teaching and learning practices in the classroom have not achieved expected outcomes. In addition, allegations from teachers highlighted that the training programmes are inadequate to completely meet the needs of ICT competencies. Hence, an ICT competency standard is necessary and timely to be developed to serve as a guide for organizing ICT training programmes. The Delphi technique is a research approach used to obtain a consensus opinion from experts using a series of questionnaires. This study was carried out with the purpose to obtain a consensus opinion from the experts on the types of important ICT competencies to be mastered by secondary school Science and Mathematics teachers, and ultimately develop the ICT competency standard for Malaysian Science and Mathematics teachers. The developed competency standard using the Delphi technique is valid and reliable.

13- Conclusion

This paper presents the research method from preparing the initial draft of ICT competency standard for Science and Mathematics teachers to the development process of the Delphi research technique instrument. It includes competency statements such as main category, competency indicators and items represent skills and competencies. Document analysis, exploratory interview, literature review and pilot study are all done for the purpose. Modification of the initial draft of competency statements is completed based on the round-table discussion. The draft of ICT competency standard and measurement items are finalized and the validity is obtained through the Delphi technique. Data is then analyzed to check for the consistency of experts’ responses between rounds. Instrument developed from the Delphi technique research findings is also examined and it obtains validation from the experts in educational technology for the content validity and construct validity. The research procedure using the Delphi technique is rigorous and hence the developed research product is valid and reliable. This paper has provided a clear discussion on all aspects such as selection of expert panel, development of Delphi questionnaires and data analysis technique used to identify types of important ICT competencies to be mastered by school teachers. After the analysis of data using the Delphi technique, a set of ICT competency standard for teachers is developed together with a list of ICT competency assessment criteria for the Ministry of Education, organizers of ICT training programs and Science and Mathematics teachers.

چکیده

هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی رابطه بین سبک های تدریس و انواع هوش چندگانه معلمان مدارس ابتدایی در ازمیر و لفکوزا می باشد. مطالعه مشتمل بر 245 نفر، 164 معلم مدرسه ابتدایی از ازمیر و 81 معلم مدرسه ابتدایی از لفکوزا می باشد. در مطالعه حاضر، از “مقیاس سبک های تدریس” مطرح شده توسط سرین، بولوت سرین و سرین (2005) و “پرسشنامه هوش چندگانه” مطرح شده توسط سابان (2002) به ترتیب برای نشان دادن سبک های تدریس و هوش های چندگانه معلمان استفاده گردید. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، از آزمون t و رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد زمانی که روابط بین نقاط قوت آنان در هوش های چندگانه و اجزای فرعی سبک های تدریس آنان مانند: شجاعت، الگو بودن، و برنامه ریزی لحاظ گردید تفاوت آماری معنی داری بین معلمان ابتدایی شاغل در ازمیر و لفکوزا وجود داشت. بین جنسیت و برنامه ریزی نیز تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت اما بین انواع هوش چندگانه و سایر اجزاء فرعی سبک های تدریس هیچ تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشت. نتایج آزمون t در ضریب رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیرهایی مانند: هوش فضایی / بصری، هوش طبیعت‌گرا، و هوش بین‌فردی نقش پیش بینی کننده ای را در راهبردهای تدریس ایفا می نمایند.

8- پیشنهادات

با توجه به یافته های تحقیق حاضر، ما پیشنهادات زیر را ارائه نمودیم. 1. دانشکده های آموزش و پرورش باید سبک های تدریس را در برنامه درسی خود بگنجانند زیرا این سبک ها را می توان به لحاظ شناختی توسط دانشجویان ایجاد نمود. 2. دانشکده های آموزش و پرورش باید کمیسیونی را تاسیس نمایند که بتواند کتب راهنمایی را برای معلمان حاوی مسائل مربوط به سبک های تدریس آماده نماید. 3. با هدف ایجاد وحدت در میان معلمان، دانشگاه ها و به ویژه دانشکده های آموزش و پرورش باید برنامه های آموزشی ضمن خدمت را برای توسعه سبک های تدریس کارآمد در معلمان سازماندهی نمایند. 4. موفق ترین کارکنان آموزشی در کار با سبک های تدریس باید شناسایی شده و دانش آموزان آنان باید به منظور پی بردن به سطح فرآیند یادگیری خود در طول دوره درسی زیر نظر قرار گیرند.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the relationships between the teaching styles and the multiple intelligence types of the primary school teachers in İzmir and Lefkosa. The study encompasses 245 subjects, 164 primary school teachers from İzmir and 81 primary school teachers from Lefkosa. In the study, The “Teaching Styles Scale” developed by Serin, Bulut Serin and Serin (2005) and the “Multiple Intelligence Inventory” developed by Saban (2002) were administered to reveal the teaching styles and multiple intelligences of the teachers, respectively. In the analysis of the data, t-test and multiple regressions have been used. The results indicate that there are statistically significant differences between the primary teachers working in İzmir and those working in Lefkoşa when the relationships between their strengths in multiple intelligences and the sub components of their teaching styles such as courageousness, being a model, and planning are considered. There is also a significant difference between gender and planning, but no significant differences between the multiple intelligence types and the other subcomponents of the teaching styles. The t-test results on the regression coefficient depict that variables such as spatial/visual, naturalistic, and interpersonal intelligences play a predictive role on teaching strategies.

8- Suggestions

Considering the findings in this study, we offer the following suggestions. Considering the findings in this study, we offer the following suggestions. 1. Faculties of education should incorporate teaching styles in their curriculum since these styles can be built up cognitively by students. 2. Faculties of education should constitute a commission that can prepare some teachers’ guide books containing issues about teaching styles. 3. With the aim to establish unity among teachers, universities and specially faculties of education should organize in-service training courses for the development of efficient teaching styles in teachers. 4. The most successful teaching staff dealing with the teaching style should be spotted and their students should be observed in order to infer their levels of learning process during the course.

 تاکنون نظریه جامعی برای اطلاع رسانی در مورد چگونگی درک و بهینه سازی فاکتورهای مختلف  محیط های یادگیری مثل طراحی، کاربرد و ارائه مطرح نشده است. یک تحقیق اصلی که برای معرفی یادگیری الکترونیکی در ارتش امریکا انجام شده است امکان توسعه مدل نظریه اولیه را فراهم آورده است. این مدل، فاکتورهای کلیدی از جمله اولویت های سازمانی، نقش مربی، نیازهای یادگیرنده و محیط یادگیری را به عنوان فرهنگ یادگیری یکپارچه شناسایی می کند. به علاوه، این تحقیق بیان می کند که با پذیرش اینکه محیط یادگیری الکترونیکی بدون ارزش نیست، امکان درک اولویت ها و مباحث رقابتی تاثیر گذار برکارایی و مزایای یادگیری الکترونیکی وجود دارد.

مقدمه

درک کارایی یادگیری الکترونیکی به دلیل وجود اولویت های رقابتی و مطالب متنوع در موقعیت های آموزشی و یادگیری مسئله ساز است. سازمان هایی که آموزش را به عنوان هدف اصلی خود قرار نداده اند اما آموزش را یکی از مهارت های نیروی کاری در نظر می گیرند در تعیین متغیر های نشان دهنده کارایی آموزش به دلیل تعامل فاکتورهای فناوری و یادگیری با مشکلاتی مواجه هستند. مروری بر ادبیات مرتبط با کارایی یادگیری الکترونیکی در سازمان ها (دو روئین – فریتکز & سالاس 2005) نیز شکاف های قابل توجهی را نشان داده اند که از جمله آنها می توان  وجود تحقیقات محدود، تاخیر زمانی بین تحقیق و عمل و عدم انسجام در روشهای تحقیقی را نام برد.

نتیجه گیری ها

این تحقیقی مدلی را ارائه می کند که برگرفته از تجارب شرکت کنندگان در یک دوره یادگیری الکترونیکی در یک سازمان بزرگ است. این مدل بیان کرد که تصمیمات تاثیر گذار بر یادگیری الکترونیکی در یک سازمان منعکس کننده ویژگی های تلویحی و شفاف فرهنگ سازمانی می باشند. فرهنگ یکپارچه سازی یادگیری الکترونیکی با متعادل سازی انتظارات از فرهنگ سازمانی و تجربه های یادگیری الکترونیکی مطرح شده است. بنابراین، درک تعاملات بین اولویت های سازمانی، نیازهای یادگیرندگان، قوانین مربی و محیط یادگیری برای اطلاع رسانی مباحث و مهفوم سازی یادگیری الکترونیکی ضروری می باشد. با در نظر گرفتن این روش که محیط یادگیری الکترونیکی بدون ارزش نیست، امکان درک اولویت ها و مباحث رقابتی تاثیر گذار برکارایی و مزایای یادگیری الکترونیکی وجود دارد. بنابراین، در این تحقیق بعضی از شکاف های تعریف شده در ادبیات کارایی یادگیری الکترونیکی مطرح شده اند که توسط دروئین و همکارانش در سال2005 نیز بیان شدند و از جمله آنها می توان این نکته را اشاره کرد که ” می دانیم که هیچ نظریه ای وجود ندارد که تاثیرات اصلی در طراحی ، ارائه و کاربرد سیستم های یادگیری الکترونیکی را بیان کند” (صفحه 934). ” و مطالب زیادی باید در مورد طراحی محیط یادگیری الکترونیکی  و چگونگی بهینه سازی اجرای آن و دلایل استفاده از آن آموخت (صفحه 937). تحقیقات آینده به بررسی این مدل در ارتباط با ادبیات گسترده تر و تجارب یایر سازمان ها برای توسعه و بازیابی مفهوم  فرهنگ یکپارچه یادگیری خواهند پرداخت.

Abstract

As yet there is no comprehensive theory to inform how the various elements of elearning environments, such as design, implementation and delivery can be understood and optimised. A major study of the introduction of e-learning into the Australian Army has allowed a preliminary grounded theory model to be developed. This model identifies key factors, including organisational priorities, instructors’ roles, learners’ needs and the learning environment as contributing to an integrated e-learning culture. Furthermore, the study highlights that by accepting that e-learning environments are not value-free, it is possible to understand the competing priorities and discourses that influence how e-learning effectiveness is constructed and defined.

Introduction

Understanding e-learning effectiveness is problematic and contested due to the wide range of competing priorities and discourses across a range of education and training situations. Organisations which do not have training as their main purpose but rely on training to maintain a skilled and competent workforce have added difficulties in determining the variables that reflect training effectiveness due to the interactions of organisational, technological and learning factors. A recent literature review of e-learning effectiveness in workplace organisations (DeRouin, Fritzche, & Salas, 2005) also identified significant gaps, including the limited research available, the time lag between research and practice and inconsistencies in research approaches.

Conclusions

This study has provided a model grounded in the experiences of e-learning participants in a large workplace organisation. It was found that decisions influencing e-learning in an organisation reflected implicit and explicit features of the organisational culture. An integrated e-learning culture developed by balancing expectations from the organisational culture with experiences of e-learning. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the interactions between organisational priorities, learners’ needs, instructors’ roles and the learning environment to inform the discussion and conceptualisation of effective e-learning. By taking the approach that the e-learning environment is not value free it is possible to understand the competing priorities and discourses that influence how e-learning effectiveness is constructed and defined. Therefore, this study informs some of the gaps identified in the e-learning effectiveness literature which were summarised by Derouin et al (2005), including: “…we are aware of no theory that has been the major influence in the design, delivery, and implementation of e-learning systems” (p. 934); “And much remains to be learnt about how to best design the e-learning environment, how to optimise its delivery, and what works when and why” (p. 937). Further research will review this model in relation to the broader literature and experiences in other organisations to further extend and refine the concept of developing an integrated e-learning culture.
