چکیده

با توجه به این که تنوع گسترده ای در تجهیزات در حوزه های کلینیکی وجود دارد، پرسش مهمی به وجود می آید: تست های ایمنی الکتریکی به چه نحوی و اغلب چه زمان هایی می بایست در ارتباط با تجهیزات پزشکی انجام شود؟ تفاوت های مهمی در رابطه با ایمنی الکتریکی وجود دارد که نمونه آن عایق سازی الکتریکی یا در نظر گرفتن خطر اتصال بین بیمار و ابزارهای الکتریکی است. هدف این مقاله توسعه یک شاخص اولویت بندی ایمنی الکتریکی برای تجهیزات پزشکی  (ESPIME) است که دربرگیرنده دسته بندی های مختلف مرتبط با ایمنی الکتریکی به منظور ارائه یک کد عددی است که اولویت و دفعات به کارگیری تست های ایمنی الکتریکی در تجهیزات پزشکی را نشان می دهد. این شاخص به تجهیزات پزشکی در موقعیت های حیاتی مراقبت به کار گرفته شده است و نتیجه به دست آمده به منظور تعریف اولویت های تجهیزات پزشکی برای توسعه و به کارگیری تست های ایمنی الکتریکی در یک بیمارستان خصوصی در شهر مکزیک مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است.

1 مقدمه

در محیط های امروزی مراقبت از سلامتی، برنامه های ایمنی پزشکی در بیمارستان ها به عنوان ابزاری برای بررسی مسائل کنترل ریسک و اطمینان از کیفیت حیاتی است. علاوه بر این، این برنامه که دربرگیرنده جمع آوری داده های مرتبط با خطرات و رخدادهای مختلف و اصلاح آن ها است، به حوزه مهندسی پزشکی مربوط می شود. امروزه ایمنی الکتریکی در بیمارستان ها به طور آشکار نیازمند توجه ویژه به  تجهیزات الکتریکی بیماران است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، پیاده سازی یک بررسی دوره ای از نگهداری تمامی تجهیزات و ایجاد روش حفظ سوابق به منظور ردیابی تست های انجام شده و وضعیت نسبی تجهیزات تست شده الزامی است [1].

4 نتیجه گیری

کمک در تصمیم گیری در رابطه با مدیریت فناوری پزشکی منجر به ابزاری بسیار سودمند در فعالیت هایی همچون نگهداری و ایمنی تجهیز می شود چرا که انواع گسترده ای از تجهیزات همراه با فناوری های پیچیده وجود دارد که نیازمند روندهای مختلف نگهداری است. به این صورت ESPIME اطلاعاتی را برای کارکنان فنی براساس داده های دپارتمان مهندسی بالینی بیمارستان فراهم می کند تا خدماتی چون نگهداری پیشگیرانه مرتبط با ایمنی الکتریکی را ارائه کند.

Abstract 

Due to the wide variety of equipment existing in clinical areas, there is an important question: which and how often electrical safety tests most be applied to the medical equipment. There are important differences about the electrical safety, such as the electrical insulation or the hazard considering the connection between patient and electrical instrumentation. The objective of this work was to develop an Electrical Safety Priority Index for Medical Equipment (ESPIME) involving different classifications related with electrical safety, in order to provide a numeric code indicating the priority and frequency for applying the electrical safety tests to medical equipment. The index were applied to the medical equipment in critical care locations and the result, were used to defined which set of medical equipment would be the first for developing and applying electrical safety tests in a private hospital in Mexico City.

I INTRODUCTION

In today’s health care environment, medical safety programs are critical to hospitals as a means of addressing the issues of risk control and quality assurance. Furthermore, these programs, which involve the collection of data concerning various hazards and incidents and their correction, belong to the domain of the clinical engineering department. Electrical safety in hospitals today clearly requires that appropriate attention be paid to the electrical environment of the patients. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to implement a periodic maintenance check of all line-operated equipment and to establish a good recordkeeping scheme to keep track of tests conducted and the relative status of the equipment tested [1].

IV CONCLUSION

To have a method to help in decision making related with medical technology management, results a very useful tool in activities such as maintenance and safety of the equipment, because there are wide types of equipment with complex technologies which require different maintenance procedures. In this way, the ESPIME provides information to the technical personal from the hospital clinical engineering department for programming services as preventive maintenance relates with electrical safety that most do in all available equipment in the clinical unit.
