روش های تصمیم گیری چندمعیاری(MADMs) به عنوان فرآیندهای تعیین راه حل مناسب با معیارهای ایجاد شده در نظر گرفته می شود که در آن این معیارها معمولا در تضاد با یکدیگر هستد و ممکن است هیچ راه حل رضایت بخشی برای تمام معیارها به طور همزمان وجود نداشته باشد. بسیاری از فرآیندهای معرفی شده توسط محققان وجود دارد، اما بسیاری از آنها به سازگاری روش آنها برای سازگاری با اکثر شرایط توجهی ندارد. هدف از این مطالعه، معرفی یک روش جدید است که باعث آسان تر شدن فرآیند حل مسئله می شود. برای ساخت روش خود، ما از مفاهیم روش هایSIR1 وVIKOR2 استفاده نمودیم. یافته ها نشان می دهد که روش پیشنهادی ما ساده تر، دقیق و قابل اعتماد تر از روش SIR است. سهم عمده ای از روش ما این است که این روش سازگار با اکثر مسائل MADM است چرا که به واسطه دو مرحله اول روش خود، ما می توانیم داده ها را از مسئله به مورد خوشایند خود تبدیل کنیم و سپس گام های بعدی از مسئله را محاسبه کنیم.
1- مقدمه

روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاری به عنوان فرآیندهای تعیین راه حل مناسب با معیارهای ایجاد شده در نظر گرفته می شود که در آن این معیارها معمولا در تضاد با یکدیگر هستند و ممکن است هیچ راه حل رضایت بخشی برای تمام معیارها به طور همزمان وجود نداشته باشد.
هدف تمام پژوهشگران در این زمینه، برای پیدا کردن روند ساده و بهترین روند با قابلیت اطمینان بالا و دقت راه حل. با توجه به ابهام در زندگی واقعی، این فرآیند معمولا برای حل تمام مسائل مناسب نیست. بنابراین این سوال مطرح می شود که کدام روش MADM می تواند با حل مسئله سازگارتر باشد؟
بسیاری از فرآیندهای معرفی شده توسط محققان وجود دارد، اما بسیاری از آنها را به سازگاری روش خود را با اغلب وضعیت ها توجهی نمی کنند. یکی از ویژگی های اصلی این روش ها این است که آنها نمی توانند با داده های غیر اصلی و داده های اصلی مقابله نمایند. لذا هدف از این مطالعه، معرفی روشی است که باعث ساده تر و سازگار شدن روند حل مساله با بسیاری از شرایط شود.
روش پیشنهادی از روش رتبه بندی برتری و حقارت(SIR) وVIKOR بهره گیری می نماید. این روش برای اولین بار توسط نویسندگان معرفی شده است و اولین روش که با این نسخه ها به این شیوه کار می کند. روشSIR بر اساس نظریه کیسه های فازی پیشنهاد شده توسط (Rebai 1993، 1994) است. از روش SIR ، ما از شش ساختاره اولویت برای به دست آوردن دو ماتریس برتری و حقارت استفاده می کنیم.
Opricovic وTzeng (2004) ، روشVIKOR را به عنوان یک روش تصمیم گیری چندمعیاری برای حل یک مسئله تصمیم گیری گسسته با معیارهای غیر تناسب و متضاد معرفی نمودند. با توجه بهOpricovic وTzeng (2004) ، این روش بر رتبه بندی و انتخاب از مجموعه ای از گزینه های دیگر تمرکز می کند و راه حل های سازش برای یک مسئله با معیارهای متناقض را تعیین می کند که می تواند به تصمیم گیرندگان برای رسیدن به یک تصمیم نهایی کمک نماید. در این روش، راه حل نهایی، راه حلی است که به ایده آل نزدیک ترین است، و سازش به معنای توافق ایجاد شده توسط امتیازات متقابل است.

Abstract

Multi criteria decision making methods (MADMs) are considered as the processes of determining the appropriate solution with established criteria where these criteria usually conflict with each other and there may be no solution satisfying all criteria simultaneously. There are a lot of processes introduced by researchers, but most of them did not take attention to compatibility of their methods for consistency with the most situations. The aim of this study is to introduce a new method that makes the process of problem solving easier. For constructing our method we used the concepts of SIR1 and VIKOR2 methods. The findings show that our proposed method is more simple, accurate and reliable than SIR method. The major contribution of our method is that it is compatible with most MADM problems because by two first steps of our method we can convert data of the problem into our pleasant and then compute the next steps of the problem.

1- Introduction

Multi criteria decision making methods are considered as the processes of determining the appropriate solution with established criteria where these criteria usually conflict with each other and there may be no solution satisfying all criteria simultaneously.

The aim of all researchers in this field is to find the simple and best process with high reliability and accuracy solution. According to ambiguity of real life, these processes usually did not appropriate for all problems solving. So the question rise up here that which method in MADM can be compatible with the most problem solving?

There are a lot of processes introduced by researchers, but most of them did not attention to compatibility of their method to consistency with the most situations. One of the main features of these methods is that they cannot deal with non-cardinal data and cardinal data as well. So the aim of this study is to introduce the method that makes the process of problem solving easier and compatible with the most situation.

The proposed method utilizes superiority and inferiority ranking (SIR) and VIKOR methods. This method is introduced for the first time by authors and is the first method that works in this manner. SIR method is based on the theory of fuzzy bags proposed by Rebai (1993, 1994). From SIR method we use six preference structures to obtain two superiority and inferiority matrixes.

Opricovic and Tzeng (2004) introduced the VIKOR method as a multi criteria decision making method to solve a discrete decision problem with non-commensurable and conflicting criteria. According to Opricovic and Tzeng (2004) this method focuses on ranking and selecting from a set of alternatives, and determines compromise solutions for a problem with conflicting criteria, which can help the decision makers to reach a final decision. In this method the final solution is the solution which is the closest to the ideal, and a compromise means an agreement established by mutual concessions.

According to VIKOR and two superiority and inferiority matrixes we compute one final solution for superiority matrix and one final solution for inferiority matrix. Then two solutions were compared for obtaining the final rank.

The paper is organized as follows. Section 2 is a brief description about previous work using SIR and VIKOR methods and definitions of SIR and VIKOR methods. In section 3 the proposed method is introduced. In section 4 the proposed method is illustrated with an example. Section 5 is concludes the paper and presents future research recommendations..
