چکیده

این مقاله، سیستم پرداخت از طریق تلفن همراه را توضیح می­دهد. این سیستم،نمونه اولیه­ ی یک روش نوین پرداخت سرویس با استفاده از تلفن همراه است. این روش کاملا سر راست است، در واقع، کاربر می­خواهد به برخی ازخدمات آنلاین دسترسی داشته باشد که از شماره تلفن همراه او به شکل وب پشتیبانی می­کند و یک کد رمز از طریق پیام USSD(سرویس مکمل غیرساختمند داده­ها) دریافت می­کند. سپس، وارد کردن این کد رمز به شکل وب،دسترسی به محتوای مورد نظر را به کاربر می­دهد. دقیقا در این لحظه، شارژ کردن انجام می­شود. مقدار هزینه مقرر بسادگی به صورتحساب ماهانه، درمورد تلفن­ های همراه با سیم کارت دائمی اضافه می­شود و یادر مورد تلفن­های همراه با سیم­کارت اعتباری ازاعتبار موجود کسر می­شود. قابلیت ارسال پیام­های USSD ازسیستم به مشترکین تلفن همراه با استفاده از خدمات وب Telco2.0 که توسط Orange Labs ارائه شده است حاصل شد.
مقدمه

برخی از خدمات دارای تعداد زیادیاز کاربران است در حالیکه برخی دیگر،کاربران زیادی ندارد. همچنین مشخص است که معمولا هر کسی تمایل دارد تا در کوتاه­ترین زمان و با ساده­ ترین روش ممکن به خدمات دسترسی داشته باشد. بنابراین نیاز به روش پرداخت سریع وآسان با استفاده از موبایل بدون اینکه با مشکلی مواجه شود بوجود می­ آید.

I. INTRODUCTIONAs it is observed, nowadays in the global web there aremore and more paid services. There are a numerousportals which require registration fees, an access to somescientific articles is restricted until it is paid for. There isof course possibility of buying ticket for a concert orother cultural event and a lot of other services notmentioned here. Some of the services have a greatnumber of users and other not so many. Also as it iscommonly known, everybody wants get the access in theshortest time and the easiest way possible. The needtherefore arises: quick, easy mobile payment method withno scalability problems.A Existing solutionsAt the moment there already exist some paymentmethods like [11]:- premium-rated SMS- credit cards- pay-pal (and alike systems)Unfortunately each of described above system has somelimitations. Premium-rated SMS requires a huge numberof users per month to be cost-effective. The problem withcredit cards is such that not everybody has one, another isthat for some people it may seem risky to send sensitivecredit card data over the internet which will discouragethem from using this method. Pay-pal and pay-pal-likesystems require registration and uses dedicated accountwhich is time consuming and can act like a discouragingfactor.B. Migration from Telco 1.0 to Telco 2.0Telco 1.0 is about value-added services (VAS) [1] whichare all services that are beyond voice calls or faxtransmissions. They, as the name indicates, add value tothe standard services. Historically, SMS, MMS or dataaccess were considered VAS, however nowadays they arestandard services. In that approach only the operatorcould create new added telecommunication services. Thereason for that was the fact that such services usedintelligent network platforms (telecommunicationplatform with centralized management), which wereaccessible only by the operator. Since a few yearsmigration from Telco 1.0 to Telco 2.0 [2][2] can beobserved.In Telco 2.0, an additional layer in the IntelligentNetwork Platform architecture has been created. It hasbeen added to make a creation of other VAS possible byparties other than the operator alone. In practice, theoperator offers an access to the basic telecommunicationfunctionalities (like sending and receiving USSD, SMS,MMS messages, managing phone calls, locating terminalsetc.) in form of easy to use web services. Thecommunication with those services is possible using theSOAP and REST [3][3] protocols. The conceptualdifference between Telco 1.0 and Telco 2.0 approaches isvisualized in the Fig.I. The architecture of the Telco 2.0solution is presented in Fig. 2.
